Standard PE tarpaulins typically have a 1–2 year outdoor lifespan. The PE200's UV-stabilisation treatment (tested under ASTM 653/93) extends this — it is rated for a maximum 5% tensile strength loss after 1,500 hours of UV exposure. For longer-term outdoor applications (3–5+ years), HDPE or PVC tarpaulins are recommended. For heavy industrial or truck use, PVC is the preferred choice.
What is the minimum order quantity for PE tarpaulins?
We supply single sheets in all 16 standard sizes with no minimum order. For roll supply (4M×50M or 2M×100M), please contact us for minimum quantities and bulk pricing.
Can tarpaulins be custom-cut to size?
Yes. Our roll supply option (4M×50M and 2M×100M) allows custom lengths to be cut. For non-standard sheet sizes, contact our team to discuss fabrication options.
